Expectations of others make us tired.
他者への期待が人を疲弊させる。

When we expect too much from others, we expect too much of ourselves, and then we blame others for our failures, saying that we have been betrayed, and we cannot grow at all.
他者への期待が過ぎると、勝手に期待して、勝手に裏切られたなどと、失敗を他人のせいにしてちっとも成長できず、そうして他人に振り回されることで疲れ切ってしまう。
