いつもご購読をいただき、心より感謝申し上げます。

心と身体の声を聴き、自分に優しく、人に優しく
一日が小さな一生と考え、一期一会に感謝を忘れず
持っている力を素直に出すことができたら、どんなに氣持ちいいだろう。

３月のお誕生は「桜」だそうです。
長い冬を耐え、ようやく迎える命芽吹く春の季節に、一斉に咲き誇り、一斉に散っていく様は潔いとも言える。満開の艶やかな眺めと散り際の潔くもはかない美しさは、ただの表面的な美ではなく、凛とした芯の通った内面からにじみでる美を感じさせます。

そこから、内面的な心の美や生き方を反映して「精神の美」英語では「Spirituality精神性」という花言葉がつきました。フランスでは、散り際の印象強さを積極的にとらえるようで「私を忘れないで」というようです。他にも「優れた美人」「純潔」、アメリカの初代大統領ジョージ・ワシントンの桜の木の逸話（彼が子供の頃、父親の大切にしていた桜の木を切ってしまったことを隠さずに正直に父親に告白すると、叱られず、逆にその正直さを褒められました）から、「嘘をついちゃいけないよ」という子どもへの教訓として語り継がれているようです。これにちなんで、八重桜には「良い教育」という花言葉があります。（バラ科サクラ属、Prunus桜、Cherry blossom、３～４月春の花、ピンク、白、５～10日間咲く）

速く桜の花が咲くような暖かい季節になるといいですね。

考働していきましょう。

いまこのテキストを読んでいるあなたは幸せだろうか？　
幸せであれば、いい。　どこかしら、身体のどこかが、痛んだり、イライラしたり
したら、部屋の外、自然、ただただ散歩をしてみてはいかがでしょう。　
疲れに氣づかないままに、動いたりするのではなく、本を読んで頭を動かす、音楽を聞いて
身体や心を動かすことで、まずは、身体を休めてみましょう。

できない理由を考える時間があるなら
できる方法を1つでも考えてみよう。

できる方法をみつけるたびに、
恐怖や不安が薄れて意外とできる氣がしてくるはずだ
不安になったときこそ、こじつけてもいいからできる方法を探してみよう

問題解決には、２つの方法があります。
ひとつは、技術型解決策（テクニカルソリューション）
もうひとつは、適応型解決策（アダプティブソリューション）です。

例をあげると、技術型は、症状を抑えるために、薬を飲む。
適応型は、健康的な生活へとライフスタイルを改める。

リーダがやってはならないことは、
適応型の解決策をとらなければならない状況で、
技術的に対応してしまうことです。

目の前の、いくつもの問題に
たったひとつの、意外な原因があるとすれば、
それは何？
