突然ですが、、、
もしあなたが人間でなかったら、何になりますか？
If you weren’t human, what would you be?

わたくしであったら、「Ice cream！」と答えます。
なぜなら、
I am simply sweet and kind. 私は単純に優しくて親切です
I am unbiased and accepting.　私は偏見がなく、人を受け入れる
I am a child at heart. わたくしは根っからの子供ですから、、、(笑)

＜洞察力・育成力・本質を見抜く技術＿01＞

Then, start by thinking, "Everyone may be a genius!"
まずは「人は誰でも、自分も、天才かもしれない！」と考えることからはじめてください。

The more you observe, the more a person’s or your talent will become visible.
観察するほどに人/あなたの才能は
見えてくる。

There are roughly two important things in developing a genius.
才能/天才を育成するうえで大切なことは、
大きくわけて２つあります。

One is to "discover" human talent.
The second is to "bloom" human talent.
However, the flowering of talent comes only after discovering.
ひとつは、人の才能を「発掘」すること。
２つめは人の才能を「開花」させることです。
しかし、才能の開花は、
発掘ができてはじめて生まれるものです。

So these are not parallel and you can't go to the second unless you clear the first.
ですから、これらは並列ではなく、ひとつめをクリアしない限り、２つめに進むことは
できません。　

Then, how can we discover a person's or your talent?
ではどうすれば、人/あなたの才能を発掘できるのでしょうか。

It is that we always observe a person or you at any moment.
それは、つねにどんな瞬間でも人/あなたを観察することです。

What are you looking at?
あなたたちは、いったい何をみているんでしょう？！

Don't have preconceptions. Don't give preconceptions.
先入観を持たない/(持た)せないこと。

The first thing I would like to ask you to do is to acknowledge a person's or your talent.
ここで、みなさんにお願いしたいことは、まずはひと/あなたの才能を認めること。

And it is that you work on nurturing talent independently.
そして、主体的に才能育成に取り組むことです。

From this moment on, switch to the idea of "discovering and nurturing human talent by yourself!"
今日この瞬間から、「人の才能は自ら見出し、自ら育む！」という思考に
切りかえてください。

The only way to change a life that isn’t working is to stop blaming others.
うまくいかない人生を変える唯一の方法は、他人のせいにするのをやめることである
Blaming others means that you are not taking responsibility for your own life.
他人のせいにしていることは、自分の人生に責任をもっていないということだ

In such a state, you will not be able to make the major decisions in your life, and you will only lead a conventional and boring life, being carried along by your surroundings.
そんな状態では、人生における重大な決断を行うことはできず、周りに流され、ありきたりでつまらない人生しかあゆめないだろう

☆Keep in mind.
Continuous learning may be the only real source of sustainable competitive advantage for individuals and corporations.
Why? Because what you learn today, may be gone tomorrow. Many skills, jobs and specific knowledge will change and become obsolete. Think of computers, communications, and even buying habits…if you don’t learn more quickly, you’ll be left in the dust.
☆心に留めておくこと
継続的な学習こそが、個人と企業の持続的な競争優位の唯一の真の源かもしれない。
なぜか？なぜなら、今日学んだことは、明日にはなくなってしまうかもしれないからです。
多くのスキルや仕事、特定の知識は変化し、時代遅れになる。
コンピュータ、通信、購買習慣など、より速く学ばなければ、塵と化してしまうのです。
