独自技術は金になる～あなたは、すでに独自技術を持っている。

グローバルビジネスをしていると、人間は、ナンバーワンになりたい人と、オンリーワンになりたい人と2タイプの人がいると確信している。恩師が、四六時中、私たちに、「なんでもいいから、ナンバーワン、一番になれ！」といい続けられた。最初は、事あるごとに、ナンバーワンになれ！というので、競争心のない私は、何をいっているか、幼少期の頃、全くわからなかった。　いま自分が、グローバルビジネスパースンに教える身分となり、先の見えない100年時代を前に、先行きが見えない私達は、転職するつもりはなくても、転職サイトに履歴書をアップしたり、副業をしてみたりと、独自技術を使って懸命に存在をアピールする。私は、〇〇のプロである、私は、〇〇のナンバーワンである、そして、私は〇〇のオンリーワンであると、自分の経験をアピールするのである。

恩師のおかげで、刷り込まれた習慣、無意識に動く思考は、美しい心に惹かれると、好奇心を持って、徹底的に事実かどうか、真実は何かを研究し、実証して、再現性のあるものにする。これはもう思考の癖といってもいい程である。　幼少期の教育や習慣が影響されているのもあるが、別に幼少期でなかったとしても、人間は環境によって、いつでも、自分は変わると強い決意をすると、目標を達成するまでぶつかった問題、そして、乗り越えてきた経験は、独自技術となり、さらにその経験は最高の商品となる。金になるのである。

２．その結果をあげる過程でぶつかった問題を、あなたは、どんな【独自の方法】で解決しましたか？

３．なぜ、あなたは、【一般的な方法】で、その問題を解決しなかったのですか？

４．【一般的な方法】で解決していたら、どんな深刻な問題が起こりましたか？

５．【独自の方法】は、どんな商品へと発展しますか？

６．発展した商品を【発売する計画】は出来ていますか？

７．計画を【実行に移す愛】は十分にありますか？

８．その計画を必達する為の【決意】の言動は何ですか？

"Unique technologies are lucrative – you already possess one."

In doing global business, I firmly believe that there are two types of people: those who want to be number one and those who want to be the only one. My mentor always told us, day in and day out, "Strive to be number one in whatever you do!" At first, I didn't understand what he meant, especially when I was younger, as I wasn't competitive. Now, as someone teaching global business professionals, facing a future that is unpredictable for the next 100 years, even if we don’t plan on switching jobs, we update our resumes on job search sites, try side gigs, and ardently market ourselves using our unique skills. I promote myself saying, "I am a pro at 〇〇," "I am number one in 〇〇," and "I am the only one in 〇〇."

Thanks to my mentor, the ingrained habits and subconscious thought patterns lead me to be drawn to beautiful minds, and out of curiosity, to thoroughly research and verify facts, turning them into reproducible knowledge. It's almost like a habitual way of thinking. While early education and habits play a part, even if they weren’t present in childhood, a person, influenced by their environment, can change if they decide strongly enough. The challenges faced and overcome to achieve goals become unique skills, and these experiences become the best products. They are monetizable.

Today, let's reflect on the experiences that have been key to your growth this year.

2. How did you solve the problems you encountered using your unique approach in achieving that result?

3. Why didn't you solve the problem using a common method?

4. What serious problems would have arisen if you had used a common method?

5. How will your unique method develop into a product?

6. Do you have plans to launch the developed product?

7. Do you have enough passion to put the plan into action?

8. What actions or words demonstrate your determination to achieve this plan?
