人間の理想的な姿勢や心構え
「知者不惑」とは、
知識や知恵に基づいて物事を客観的に見極め、混乱や煩悶から自由であることを意味します。

「仁者不憂」とは、
人を思いやり、他人の幸福や利益を考え、自己中心的な悩みや苦しみから自由であることを表しています。

「勇者不懼」とは、
勇気を持って困難や危険に立ち向かい、臆病さや恐れから自由であることを示しています。

つまり、知識や知恵を身につけ、他人を思いやり、勇気を持って行動することが、理想的な人間のあり方であるとされています。

"知者不惑, 仁者不憂, 勇者不懼" can be translated as "The wise are free from perplexities, the virtuous are free from worries, and the brave are free from fear."

This proverb emphasizes that those who possess wisdom, kindness, and courage are able to live their lives without being weighed down by confusion, anxiety, or fear. The wise are able to navigate difficult situations with clarity and confidence, the virtuous are able to act with a clear conscience and without fear of repercussions, and the brave are able to confront challenges with strength and courage. It speaks to the importance of cultivating these qualities in oneself in order to live a fulfilling and successful life.

"知者不惑，仁者不憂，勇者不惧"，可以翻译为“智者不困惑，仁者不担忧，勇者不畏惧。”

这句谚语强调拥有智慧、仁爱和勇气的人能够过上没有迷惑、焦虑或恐惧的生活。智者能够以清晰、自信的态度应对困难情况，仁者能够以清白的良心行事而不惧后果，勇者能够以力量和勇气面对挑战。这强调了在自身中培养这些品质对于过上充实和成功的人生的重要性。

不適切な行為とは、その場や状況において、社会的に認められていない行為や、他人に迷惑や被害を与えるような行為を指します。例えば、嘘をついたり、他人のプライバシーを侵害したり、いじめや嫌がらせを行ったりすることが挙げられます。また、職場においては、不正や汚職、セクシャルハラスメントなども不適切な行為に該当します。これらの行為は、社会的な信頼を失い、組織内外で大きな問題を引き起こすことがあります。
Inappropriate behavior refers to actions that are not socially acceptable or that cause harm or inconvenience to others in a given situation or context. Examples include lying, invading someone's privacy, bullying, or harassment. In the workplace, inappropriate behavior includes fraud, corruption, and sexual harassment. These actions can erode social trust and lead to significant problems within and outside the organization.

不当行为”是指在特定场合或情境中，那些不被社会认可或会对他人造成伤害和不便的行为。例如，撒谎、侵犯他人隐私、欺凌或骚扰。在职场上，不当行为包括欺诈、腐败和性骚扰。这些行为会破坏社会信任，并在组织内外引起重大问题。

不容忍或参与不当行为
SDGs（持続可能な開発目標）には、直接的に不適切な行為を許さないといった目標は含まれていません。ただし、以下のような目標や取り組みが、不適切な行為を許さない、してはならないという考え方を含んでいると言えます。

SDG 5「ジェンダー平等を実現し、すべての女性や女児の能力強化を図る」
SDG 8「働きがいも経済成長も実現する包摂的で持続可能な経済成長を促進する」
SDG 10「不平等を是正し、すべての人々が包摂的で公正な社会を実現する」
SDG 16「平和で包摂的な社会を促進し、すべての人々が法の下で平等に行動するための制度を構築する」
アンチ・コラプション・コンプライアンス（ACC）など、企業内で不適切な行為を防止するための枠組みや取り組み不適切な行為を許さない、してはならないという考え方は、SDGsの横断的なテーマである「持続可能な開発における人権の尊重」とも関連しています。

The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) do not directly include goals of not allowing inappropriate behavior. However, the following goals and initiatives can be said to contain the idea of not allowing and prohibiting inappropriate behavior:

SDG 5 "Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls."
SDG 8 "Promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all."
SDG 10 "Reduce inequality within and among countries and ensure inclusion and equality for all."
SDG 16 "Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all, and build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels."
Anti-Corruption Compliance (ACC) frameworks and initiatives within companies to prevent inappropriate behavior. The idea of not allowing and prohibiting inappropriate behavior is also related to the cross-cutting theme of "Respect for human rights in sustainable development" in the SDGs.
可持续发展目标（SDGs）中没有直接包含不允许不适当行为的目标。但是，以下目标和举措可以说包含了不允许和禁止不适当行为的理念：

SDG 5“实现性别平等，增强所有妇女和女童的能力。”
SDG 8“促进包容性和可持续的经济增长，实现所有人的充分和有产出的就业和体面的工作。”

Does this behavior potentially violate any laws?
Does this behavior align with our values?
By asking these questions, the other person may become aware of the inappropriateness of their behavior.

这种行为对他人有何影响？
这种行为在社会上被认为是可以接受的吗？
如果有人对你这样做，你会有什么感受？
这种行为是否可能违反了法律？
这种行为是否符合我们的价值观？
通过提出这些问题，对方可能会意识到自己的行为不当。
